This training shows traders how to connect Claude Code with TradingView Desktop using an MCP bridge — allowing AI to assist with chart review, Pine Script development, indicator debugging, alert creation and trading-process documentation. The objective is not to replace the trader, but to create a more efficient and disciplined workflow where AI supports analysis and development while the trader remains responsible for all decisions.

A structured client training program. Each module builds on the last — from understanding what the tools are, through installation and configuration, to live workflow practice and professional trading discipline.
What Claude Code is and how it differs from a standard chatbot. What TradingView Desktop is and why the desktop version is required. What MCP (Model Context Protocol) means and why a bridge is needed between Claude and TradingView. What AI can genuinely assist with in a trading workflow — and what it cannot do. How to set realistic expectations before touching a single tool.
Step-by-step installation of every required component: TradingView Desktop, Claude Code, Node.js, Git and the TradingView MCP bridge. Configuring Claude Code to recognise the bridge. Launching TradingView with port 9222 to enable the connection. Verifying the full setup is working before proceeding to any practical work.
Checking and confirming the live chart connection. Reading chart state through Claude — indicators, timeframes and market conditions. Asking structured chart questions that produce useful, reliable answers. Creating simple Pine Script indicators with AI assistance. Debugging scripts — identifying errors, fixing logic, explaining output. Creating and validating alert conditions.
Using AI to document trading rules in clear, testable form. Building checklists that enforce process before entry. Avoiding blind AI trading — why accepting AI output without review is a risk, not an advantage. Maintaining human control at every decision point. Testing any AI-assisted strategy before committing live capital. Understanding the legal and risk limitations that apply to all AI-assisted trading tools.
