Ivanhoe International Pty Ltd began operations in October 1996 and started trading as Options21 in February 2001. The company is primarily a financial markets education company, specialising in educational seminars and trading software. Options21 conducts seminars ranging from five-week options trading education to a comprehensive three to four month mentoring program.
Options21 is also a distributor of Optuma technical analysis software, produced by Market Analyst International Pty Ltd.

We do not provide personal financial product advice. General financial product advice does not take into account your particular objectives, financial situation or needs. Course fees: Between $2,995 and $5,987 depending on the course. Payable before the course starts via credit card or direct bank transfer. Cloud-hosted courses are accessible within one day of payment and remain accessible for at least 3 years.
Traders Group subscription: A weekly online webcast available by monthly subscription, payable on the first day of every month. Can be cancelled at any time via email or phone on the last business day of the preceding month.
Software products: We distribute Optuma software. Payment is taken directly by Optuma. Options21 receives a small commission per sale.
Employee remuneration: Employees do not receive specific payments or commissions for financial services provided. Employees and directors are remunerated by salary and discretionary bonus.
Cloud-based course fees cannot be refunded after the login has been activated. Full or partial refunds for live online courses will only be considered within the first 2 weeks and require a written reason by email. Traders Group refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances — the service can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations must be received on or before the last business day of the previous month to stop future payments.
